Mr. Buwick became affiliated with Republic Benefits Group LLC at its inception in 2001 as President. He has an extensive background and expertise in the insurance and securities industry. Mr. Buwick focuses his expertise on guiding business owners through the process of building their employee benefit programs, such as group health insurance and retirement plans, as well as personal investments and tax planning.
Prior to joining Republic Benefits Group LLC, Mr. Buwick was a consultant for Corporate Health Plans of America, Inc. Mr. Buwick is also the former Head Gymnastics Coach for the University of Oklahoma. During his tenure at OU, he developed a NCAA Championship Team, a NCAA runner-up team, 65 All-Americans, 49 conference champions, and 3 Nissen Award winners.
He is active in his community where he currently serves as Past-President of the Norman Sooner Rotary Club, as Executive Committee member of the Norman Chamber of Commerce, and on the School Advisory Council for All Saints Catholic School. Other affiliations include membership in the Central Oklahoma Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the National Association of Health Underwriters.
Mr. Buwick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with honors. He is married to Donna and has three children.
